ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PROYEK PELAKSANAAN REHABILITASI BENDUNG CIBOGO SUNGAI CIJANGKELOK

ABSTRAK

Manajemen Proyek  adalah semua perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian dan koordinasi  suatu proyek dari awal (gagasan) hingga berakhirnya proyek untuk menjamin pelaksanaan proyek secara tepat waktu, biaya, dan mutu. Pemilihan metode penjadwalan pada proyek juga merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang sangat diperhatikan agar mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan rencana awal.

Skripsi ini secara khusus memaparkan tentang kondisi manajemen pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan analisis biaya akhir pada rehabilitasi bendung cibogo sungai cijangkelok, namun pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilapangan terjadi keterlambatan pekerjaan pada minggu ke-24 s.d 28.

Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Analysis) untuk menganalisis kinerja biaya dan waktu, sedangkan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) sebagai tindakan koreksi untuk menganalisis jaringan kerja untuk mengetahui jaringan kerja pada saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan, dan membuat ulang jaringan kerja agar pelaksanaan proyek menjadi ideal..

Hasil analisis Metode Nilai Hasil menunjukan pada progress minggu ke-24, nilai hasil SPI adalah 0.8976 (<1) menunjukan kinerja proyek tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan (mengalami keterlambatan) dan nilai CPI adalah 1 (=1) menunjukan biaya yang dikeluarkan sama dengan yang dianggarkan. Sedangkan pada  minggu ke-30, nilai SPI adalah 1.0026 (>) yang berarti kinerja proyek mengalami percepatan. Perkiraan biaya akhir yang didapat pada analisis minggu ke-30 sebesar Rp. 7,939,763,000.00- dan waktu penyelesaian proyek selama 200 hari. Hasil analisis CPM menunjukan penyelesaian proyek bisa lebih cepat dan biaya pelaksanaan lebih kecil jika pelaksanaan proyek dilaksanakan secara langsung.

ABSTRACT

Project management is all the planning, execution, control and coordination of a project from the beginning (the idea) to the end of the project to ensure the timely implementation of the project, cost, and quality. The selection of methods of scheduling on the project is also one of the very policy attention in order to get results that correspond to the initial plans.

This thesis is specifically explained about the conditions of work execution management and the final cost analysis on dam rehabilitation Cibogo cijangkelok river, but the execution of work in the field there is a delay work at week 24 s.d 28.

The method used in this research is the method of Value Yield (Earned Value Analysis) to analyze the performance costs and time, while the method of CPM (Critical Path Method) as a prompt corrective action to analyze the network to determine the network at the time of execution of the work, and re-create the network work for the implementation of the project to be ideal..

The results of the analysis method Value Results show the progress week 24, the value of the SPI is 0.8976 (<1) shows the performance of the project is not in accordance with the expected (delayed) and the CPI is 1 (= 1) indicates the cost is equal to the budgeted. While in the 30th week, the SPI value is 1.0026 (>) which means to accelerate project performance. Estimates of the final cost is obtained on the analysis of the 30th week of Rp. 7,939,763,000.00- and project completion time for 200 days. CPM analysis results indicate completion of the project can be faster and lower implementation costs if the project is held directly.
