Data Availability and Reproducibility Policy
Data Availability and Reproducibility Policy
Jurnal Konstruksi dan Infrastruktur (JKI) requires authors to describe how the evidence supporting their findings can be examined, subject to ethical, legal, contractual, and confidentiality restrictions.
Manuscripts must include a Data Availability Statement specifying whether supporting data are publicly available, available on reasonable request, restricted, or not applicable.
Where possible, authors should deposit relevant data in a suitable repository and provide a persistent identifier or URL. Supporting materials may include measurement data, questionnaires, analytical code, model inputs, calculation procedures, and other materials needed to evaluate or reproduce the study.
Methods must identify relevant instruments, software and versions, assumptions, standards, analytical procedures, and validation steps.
Restricted Data
Authors must not disclose personal information, confidential project documents, commercially sensitive information, or material they lack permission to share. Restrictions must be explained in the Data Availability Statement. Where feasible, anonymized data, aggregate results, or non-sensitive supporting materials should be provided.
Data available on request must be described accurately, including legitimate conditions for access. Authors should retain supporting research records in accordance with institutional requirements.
Editorial Verification
Editors and reviewers may request supporting information necessary to assess a manuscript. Requests must respect confidentiality and applicable restrictions.
Unexplained inability to provide essential supporting evidence may affect manuscript processing or prompt investigation of a published article.
