Post-Publication Discussion Policy
Post-Publication Discussion Policy
Jurnal Konstruksi dan Infrastruktur (JKI) welcomes substantive scholarly discussion concerning published articles.
Readers and researchers may submit comments, questions, or concerns to tekniksipil.jki@gmail.com. Submissions should identify the article by title and DOI or URL, explain the issue, and provide relevant evidence or references.
Discussion should address scientific, methodological, factual, or ethical matters. Personal attacks, unsupported accusations, and promotional submissions will not be considered.
Editorial Handling
An editor without a relevant conflict of interest will assess the submission. Where appropriate, the authors will be invited to respond or provide clarification. Allegations of misconduct will be handled under the Research Misconduct Policy.
Depending on the significance of the matter, JKI may communicate a clarification, publish a scholarly comment and author response, or issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction.
Comments and responses considered for publication undergo editorial assessment and, where necessary, independent review. Their publication is not automatic.
Public Record
Published discussions and editorial notices will identify and link to the relevant article. Material changes affecting interpretation or reliability will be documented transparently rather than introduced through silent replacement of the publication record.
The journal will protect confidential information during investigation while making necessary editorial outcomes publicly accessible.
