Ownership and Management

Jurnal Konstruksi dan Infrastruktur (JKI) is published by the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, Cirebon, Indonesia, within the university's institutional publishing framework.

The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board manage the journal's scholarly and editorial activities. Their responsibilities include manuscript screening, reviewer assignment, editorial decisions, publication quality, and protection of the scholarly record.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on relevance, originality, methodological quality, research integrity, and reviewer assessments. Publication fees, sponsorship, institutional relationships, and commercial interests must not determine acceptance or rejection.

The publisher provides administrative and technical support while respecting editorial independence. Editors with relevant conflicts must withdraw from handling the affected manuscript.

Institutional Support

The publisher supports the journal's publishing infrastructure, continuity, and handling of research-integrity concerns. Allegations involving the Editor-in-Chief will be referred for independent institutional handling.

Ownership and Article Copyright
Ownership of JKI does not transfer copyright in individual published articles to the publisher, department, faculty, or university. Copyright and reuse rights are governed separately under the journal's Copyright and License Policy.

Transparency
Information concerning the journal owner, publisher, editorial team, publication policies, contact information, and publishing practices is maintained on the official JKI website. Any material change in ownership, publisher, editorial leadership, or journal policies will be communicated transparently through the journal website.
