This study evaluates the implementation of project time acceleration management in the construction of the 8-story Inpatient Building of Banten Provincial General Hospital. The project duration was reduced from 14 months to 7 effective months due to funding delays and the urgent need to improve healthcare services. The study employed a quantitative descriptive case study using project document review, cost budget plan (RAB) evaluation, concrete strength conversion analysis, schedule evaluation, interviews, and field observations. The project involved the construction of an eight-story hospital building supported by 344 bored piles (0.80 m diameter, 20 m depth), concrete with a design strength of 25 MPa, and a slump value of 18 ± 2 cm to maintain construction quality during the accelerated schedule. The results indicate that the acceleration strategy through resource optimization, additional working hours, and rescheduling successfully reduced the implementation period by 50% while maintaining construction quality and improving project implementation efficiency through lower indirect costs and faster project cash flow. The findings demonstrate that data-based project time management can effectively support schedule control in public building construction without compromising technical quality.
