Ownership and Management

Journal of Green Science and Technology (JGST) is owned and published by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, Cirebon, Indonesia.

Journal Ownership

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, is responsible for the institutional governance and publishing support of JGST. Journal ownership does not give the institution, publisher, sponsor, or any other party the authority to override scholarly editorial decisions for commercial, institutional, personal, or other non-academic interests.

Publisher Responsibilities

The publisher provides administrative, technical, and publishing infrastructure for JGST, including maintenance of the journal platform, support for publication workflow, institutional hosting, and other operational support required for journal management.

Editorial Management

The Editor-in-Chief provides scholarly leadership and is responsible for maintaining the journal's editorial standards, peer-review quality, research integrity, and publication decisions. The Editorial Board supports manuscript assessment, reviewer selection, editorial policy implementation, and other editorial activities according to their expertise and assigned responsibilities.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently and are based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, research integrity, and compliance with the journal's editorial policies.

Article Processing Charges, sponsorship, institutional relationships, commercial considerations, or other financial interests do not determine whether a manuscript is accepted or rejected.

Editors who have a potential conflict of interest with a submitted manuscript must not participate in the editorial decision and should assign the manuscript to another qualified editor.

Ownership and Article Copyright

Ownership of JGST does not transfer copyright in individual published articles to the publisher or institution. Copyright and reuse rights are governed separately under the journal's Copyright and License Policy.

Transparency

Information concerning the journal owner, publisher, editorial team, publication policies, contact information, and publishing practices is maintained on the official JGST website and should be updated when material changes occur.
