Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 jenjang Sekolah Dasar di Kota Sintang

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Kemendikbud yang mengeluarkan Surat Edaran No. 3 Tahun 2020 mengenai pencegahan Covid-19 di satuan Pendidikan. Kebijakan Kemendikbud untuk melaksanakan Pembelajaran Online (Daring) bagi para Pendidik dan Siswa ditengah Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dimaksudkan agar tetap dapat menjaga terlaksananya proses Pendidikan. Pembelajaran secara daring yang diberlakukan adalah guna untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran covid-19. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran Daring yang diberlakukan pada masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada sejauh mana Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan pembelajaran daring dalam masa pandemi covid-19. (2) untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat pembelajaran daring dalam masa pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dua Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Sintang yaitu SD Negeri 9 Sintang dan SDN 15 Kapuas Kiri Hulu Sintang. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) berdasarkan keseluruhan perolehan dari hasil angket respon siswa adalah dengan jumlah total persentase 73,81% masuk dalam kriteria interpretasi (61 – 80%) dengan kategori Baik, artinya implementasi pembelajaran dari pada masa pandemi covid 19 berjalan dengan efektif dan tidak mengurangi esensi dari proses belajar mengajar yang seharusnya pada jenjang sekolah dasar di kota Sintang (2) faktor penghambat dari pembelajaran Daring pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 terdiri dari beberapa faktor yaitu a) faktor ketersediaan perangkat dan jaringan oleh orangtua dan siswa, b) keterbatasan pengetahuan penggunaan aplikasi oleh guru dan orangtua, c) keterbasatan sosial ekonomi orangtua dan siswa terkait dengan pendanaan pembelajaran daring masa pandemi.

Abstract: This study was conducted to respond to circular letter No.3 the year 2020 about the prevention of Covid-19 by the Ministry of education. The Ministry of education policy to implement the onlinestudy of teachers and students in the middle of this pandemic intended to keep the implementation of the process of education. Online study is applied to prevent the transmission of covid-19.The background of this research is to described learning online imposed in the pandemic covid 19.It is focused on the extent to which the effectiveness of learning online during the pandemics covid-19.This study attempts to ( 1 ) described the online study in the covid-19.( 2 ) for defined factors barrier online study in the covid-19, we used qualitative research, and the sample came from two schools: SD Negeri 9 Sintangand SD Negeri 15 Kapuas Kiri Hulu Sintang. The result of our study showed that (1) the response rate was 73.81% which counted as the criteria of interpretation (61-80%) means good, the online study was effective and without lack of the essence in the offline study (2) the obstacle of online study while covid-19 such as a) the lack of the hardware/tool and network which provide by the parent, and b) the financial issue.
