Perkembangan Riset Perilaku Konsumen: Analisis Dengan Metoda Text Mining Visualization

Abstract


Abstract : Consumer behavior research is one of the most dynamic topics of its development due to the dynamics of human life that continue to change. Consumer behavior continues to change from time to time, considering consumers always interact with their environment. This study seeks to provide how research on consumer research developed in the period 1971-2020 using text mining method. This research aims to help other researchers to develop topics of future consumer behavior research. Consumer behavior begin to have links with strategic issues related to policies and the environment. Technological developments and culture also influence the development of consumer behavior topics. These illustrate that the topic of potential consumer behavior is to be further explored and developed by linking issues that are strategic policies, cultural difference, and technological development.

Abstrak : Riset perilaku konsumen merupakan salah satu topik yang paling dinamis perkembangannya dikarenakan dinamika kehidupan manusia yang terus berkembang. Perilaku konsumen terus berubah dari waktu ke waktu mengingat konsumen selalu berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan bagaimana penelitian mengenai riset konsumen berkembang pada periode tahun 1971-2020 dengan metode text mining. Dengan gambaran tersebut diharapkan membantu para peneliti lain untuk mengembangkan topik penelitian perilaku konsumen di masa mendatang.  Perilaku konsumen terus berkembang dan mulai memiliki keterkaitan dengan isu strategis terkait kebijakan dan lingkungan hidup. Selain itu perkembangan teknologi dan budaya juga mempengaruhi perkembangan topik perilaku konsumen. Hal tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa bahwa topik perilaku konsumen potensial untuk terus digali dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan mengaitkan isu-isu yang kebijakan strategis, perbedaan budaya, dan perkembangan teknologi.
