Author Fees

A publishing costs waiver is granted to international authors who publish their manuscript in this journal. Authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia will be charged a publication fee only after the manuscript has been formally accepted.

Reprints The sample journal reprint is only available by special request. Additional copies may be purchased when ordering by sending back the uncorrected proofs by email.
