Pengaruh Penggunaan Chatbot terhadap Kinerja Akademik Mahasiswa FKIP dan Non FKIP dengan Self Efficacy, Keadilan dan Etika, Kreativitas, dan Keinginan untuk Belajar sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Kinerja mahasiswa dikatakan penting dan masih perlu ditingkatkan secara terarah terencana, dan berkesinambugan dengan kemampuan dan profesionalisme dari mahasiswa agar kedepannya dapat menjalankan tugas di dunia kerja dengan baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 mahasiswa di Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan membagikan Google form secara online. Teknik uji validitas menggunakan convergen validity dan discriminant validity, uji reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach’s alpha dan composite reliability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa (1) pengaruh penggunaan chatbot signifikan terhadap kinerja akademik mahasiswa, (2) self efficacy, keadilan dan etika, kreativitas, dan keinginan untuk belajar signifikan memediasi hubungan antara penggunaan chatbot dengan kinerja akademik mahasiswa, (3) kepercayaan signifikan memoderasi antara hubungan self efficacy, keadilan dan etika, serta kreativitas dengan kinerja akademik, (4) pengaruh penggunaan chatbot terhadap kinerja akademik melalui self efficacy, keadilan dan etika, kreativitas, keinginan untuk belajar dan kepercayaan lebih besar pada mahasiswa Non – FKIP daripada mahasiswa FKIP
