About the Journal

Journal of Green Science and Technology (JGST) is a peer-reviewed and open-access scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, Cirebon, Indonesia.

JGST has been published since 2017 with P-ISSN 2598-1277 and E-ISSN 2621-3966.

The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and professionals to disseminate original research articles and critical reviews in the fields of engineering, science, technology, and their applications, particularly those contributing to sustainable development and environmentally responsible technologies.

The scope of JGST includes, but is not limited to:

  • Civil Engineering;
  • Architectural Engineering;
  • Environmental Engineering;
  • Chemical Engineering;
  • Mechanical Engineering;
  • Electrical Engineering;
  • Industrial Engineering;
  • Informatics Engineering; and
  • other relevant interdisciplinary fields related to engineering, science, technology, and sustainable development.

All manuscripts submitted to JGST must be written in English and must fall within the journal's stated aims and scope.

JGST is published regularly twice a year, in March and September. The journal may also publish Special Issues outside the regular publication schedule when necessary. Special Issues do not replace the regular March and September issues.

JGST is currently accredited SINTA 4 under the Indonesian National Journal Accreditation system (ARJUNA), based on Decree No. 230/E/KPT/2022, with the current accreditation period extending through 2027.

JGST is committed to open-access publishing, academic integrity, transparent peer review, editorial independence, publication ethics, and the dissemination of high-quality scholarly research.

Announcements

New Article Template for JGST 2027

Journal of Green Science and Technology (JGST) informs all authors that a new article template will be implemented starting from Volume 11 No. 1, March 2027.

All manuscripts intended for publication in Volume 11 No. 1, 2027 and subsequent issues are required to use the new JGST template.

The new article template can be downloaded from the sidebar menu or through the JGST Article Template 2027 link provided on the journal website.

Authors are kindly requested to use the latest template when preparing their manuscripts.
