Paradigma Agribisnis is a media outlet that publishes research findings in the fields of Agribusiness and Agricultural Socio-Economics. The scope of articles published in Paradigma Agribisnis includes:

Paradigma Agribisnis accepts submissions from practitioners, researchers, and agricultural stakeholders. The journal accepts articles written in either Indonesian or English.

Peer Review Process

Paradigma Agribisnis is an electronic journal published by the Research Institute of Swadaya Gunung Jati University. Every manuscript submitted to Paradigma Agribisnis undergoes a review process. Submissions are first reviewed by an editor and evaluated by the editorial board regarding formatting, suitability for the journal's focus and scope, methodological accuracy, and similarity checks (plagiarism).

The editor then sends the manuscript to at least two anonymous reviewers under a double-blind review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers remain undisclosed to each other. Reviewers assess the manuscript's suitability based on its contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The section editor forwards the reviewers' comments to the author for revisions and further action. Authors are notified of the review outcome as soon as possible, typically within 30 to 60 days. Revised manuscripts are re-examined by the section editor to ensure reviewer comments have been addressed appropriately; section editors may also conduct an additional review if deemed necessary. The final decision regarding article acceptance is made by the Editor based on the reviewers' feedback.

Accepted research articles are made available online for free download following the peer-review process. Plagiarism detection in this journal is conducted using Turnitin, and authors are required to use Mendeley as their reference manager tool. The languages used in this journal are Indonesian or English.

Reviewers evaluate the suitability of each article by assessing the title, abstract, introduction, discussion, and conclusion, as well as checking the originality and quality of the references.

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Paradigma Agribisnis is published two (2) times a year, specifically in March and September.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides open access based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
