The journal serves scholars, judges, practitioners, policy-makers, and students. Manuscripts should advance legal knowledge, offer context-sensitive interpretation, and demonstrate originality and relevance to Indonesian and regional/global debates.
Manuscripts that are purely descriptive, lack methodological clarity, constitute opinion pieces without scholarly apparatus, or fall outside legal and law-in-context studies will not be considered.
