Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a public health problem in Pekalangan Subdistrict, Cirebon City. This is indicated by an increase in dengue cases and a Larva-Free Index (LFI) that remains below the national target. This community service activity aimed to increase family involvement in implementing the 3M Plus Mosquito Breeding Site Eradication (PSN 3M Plus) and routine larval monitoring through the “SABTU JENTIK” (Satu Rumah Bebas Jentik; One House Free of Larvae) Movement. The activity was conducted in RW 05 and RW 07 and involved 30 households through education and demonstrations on larval inspection, use of the “SABTU JENTIK” pocketbook, independent larval inspections every Saturday, and monitoring through home visits. Monitoring was conducted twice at a one-week interval. The proportion of families implementing PSN 3M Plus increased from 60.0% to 76.7%, while the proportion of larva-positive households decreased from 20.0% to 13.3%. The “SABTU JENTIK” Movement showed potential to support the optimization of PSN 3M Plus and family-based larval monitoring. The sustainability of this activity requires continued involvement of families, Jumantik cadres, and primary health center staff, along with regular monitoring.
