Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that has become a major health problem in Indonesia and is known as the silent killer because it often causes no symptoms. Low public knowledge contributes to delays in the detection and control of the disease. This community service activity aims to improve residents' knowledge of the definition, risk factors, prevention, and control of hypertension. The activity was held in Cirebon Girang Village, Cirebon Regency, on 19 January 2026, with 60 village residents as participants. The methods included health education using presentation media and leaflets, a question-and-answer session, and evaluation through descriptively analysed pre-test and post-test. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, indicated by a rise in the average score from 55 on the pre-test to 80 on the post-test, an increase of 25 points (45.5%). Participant enthusiasm was high during the discussion. The education was effective in improving public knowledge of hypertension and is expected to encourage healthy lifestyle changes and routine blood pressure checks. Continuous activities through Posbindu are recommended.
