About the Journal

The Indonesian Journal of Biomedicine and Health Science (InaBHS) is a distinguished peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing the frontiers of knowledge in biomedicine and health sciences. Our mission is to provide a vibrant and accessible platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners worldwide to disseminate their original research, fostering a rich exchange of scientific information crucial for human health and disease.

Focus and Scope: InaBHS welcomes high-quality, original research articles, reviews, case reports, and short communications across a broad spectrum of topics. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Biomedical Sciences: Molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, pharmacology, immunology, microbiology, pathology, physiology, and neuroscience.

  • HealthSciences: Epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, occupational health, health policy, health promotiotion, Nutrition, traditional medicine, medical ethics, and health education. We particularly encourage submissions that address health challenges and solutions relevant to the Indonesian and broader international communities.

Open Access Policy: InaBHS operates under a full Open Access model. All articles published in our journal are immediately and permanently available online without any subscription fees or paywalls. This ensures maximum global visibility and accessibility for published research, promoting the widest possible dissemination of scientific knowledge. Authors retain copyright to their work, and articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), allowing others to copy, distribute, and transmit the work, provided the original work and source are properly cited, and adaptations are shared under the same license.

Copyright Notice: Authors publishing with InaBHS retain the copyright to their article. By submitting their manuscript, authors grant InaBHS the first publication rights and agree that their work will be licensed under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
