KECERDASAN BUATAN DAN SIMULASI PADA WANITA KARIER KOMPETITIF

Abstract

Di era modern, kecerdasan dan penampilan menjadi aspek yang mendukung tingkat keberhasilan wanita karier. Memiliki penampilan menarik serta mengenakan pakaian trendi, ditambah dengan tas, sepatu, dan aksesori bermerek, telah menjadi salah satu cara bagi wanita karier untuk meningkatkan citra profesional mereka. Lebih lanjut, kecerdasan buatan (AI) baru-baru ini menjadi media bagi wanita karier untuk menghadirkan diri mereka melampaui identitas aslinya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana simulasi AI memengaruhi karier wanita. Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap sepuluh (10) wanita karier yang bekerja sebagai manajer junior dan sedang mencari peluang karier yang lebih baik. Mereka telah menggunakan AI untuk membuat foto diri yang akan dilampirkan pada curriculum vitae mereka. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menganalisis perspektif Baudrillard, yang menunjukkan bahwa media telah membangun citra yang melampaui kenyataan. Mereka mensimulasikan diri untuk menampilkan keunggulan realitas dalam berbagai aspek wajah mereka sehingga terlihat jauh dari bentuk aslinya. Dalam konteks ini, mereka percaya bahwa AI meningkatkan peluang kesuksesan mereka untuk tampil lebih baik dibandingkan wanita lainnya. Oleh karena itu, wanita karier kini memanfaatkan teknologi (AI) sebagai simbol daya saing dalam dunia kerja.
