About the Journal

JNPM (Jurnal Nasional Pendidikan Matematika) publishes theoretical studies and empirical research on teaching and learning in mathematics education. The journal welcomes submissions from mathematics teachers at primary, junior secondary, and senior secondary levels, as well as scholars, practitioners, and researchers in mathematics education.

JNPM welcomes scholarly articles addressing the following areas:

  1. Models of mathematics teaching and learning;
  2. Instructional media and multimedia in mathematics education;
  3. Curriculum in mathematics education;
  4. Assessment and evaluation in mathematics education;
  5. Professional development of mathematics teachers;
  6. Ethnomathematics in mathematics teaching and learning;
  7. Didactical design in mathematics teaching and learning; and
  8. Lesson study in mathematics education.

All articles accepted for publication undergo a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed from each other.
