Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Panduan Penulis

  1. The article has never been published in any publication media, only sent for publication in the Sastrajendra Journal, and there is no element of plagiarism.
  2. Articles are prioritized as publications of research results but may be in the form of conceptual ideas or theoretical applications.
  3. Authors can follow the Sastrajendra Journal article template
  4. Articles are written in academic Indonesian or English using Times New Roman, font 12, spacing 1.5; margins 3-3-3-2.5, A4 paper, length between 10-15 pages, includes bibliography, tables, figures and attachments.
  5. Writing systematics: a) title (no more than 20 words) written in lower case (writing according to EBI (Indonesian Spelling) provisions); b) author's name written without academic degree accompanied by author's identity (institution and email); c) abstract (in English) and essence (in Indonesian) 100-150 words accompanied by 5 key words; d) introduction without sub-subchapters containing the background of the problem, problem formulation or objectives, literature review or necessary theoretical framework; e) method (sufficient length) f) results and discussion in subchapters; g) conclusion; h) bibliography (only referenced references are included in the bibliography).
  6. Preferably use reference management software (Zotero or Mendeley)
  7. Acknowledgments and references to grants, etc. should appear as footnotes.
  8. Short quotations (less than 50 words) should be written in double quotation marks (“……”) and included in the text. Longer quotations (more than fifty words) should be indented from both margins, without quotation marks (single space).
  9. Dates should be given as follows: January 9, 1980; 1970s; Twentieth century; 1945-52 but 1952-4 (i.e., do not repeat decade numbers if they are the same). Abbreviations or initials such as UNESCO, FAO, etc., must not stop/separate between letters. Indonesian spelling must be used throughout the text.
  10. Write the bibliography alphabetically systematically: author, year of publication, title of scientific work, place of publication and publisher (for books) or number/volume, page (for articles in journals) or institution/and place and time of implementation (papers).
  11. In the text, works referenced use the Chicago Manual Style:
    1. Quotes written by one person, for example: Muhammad Nasir written (Nasir 2009);
    2. Quotes written by 2-3 people, for example: Muhammad Nasir, Robet Muin, and Ivan Azis were written (Nasir, Muin, Azis 2009);
    3. Quotes written by more than 3 people, for example: Muhammad Nasir, Robet Muin, Syamsul Bahri, and Ivan Azis were written (Nasir, et al. 2009)
    4. For quotations from more than two sources that are referred to simultaneously, for example: Misbul Hadi and Bambang Subeno written (Hadi 2010; Subeno 2011), two or more writings by one author (Kuncoro 2011; Kuncoro 2013);
    5. If the reference lists more than one article by the same author in the same year of publication, use the suffixes a, b, and so on after the year of reference, for example: (Kuncoro 1992a; Kuncoro 1992b);
    6. Quotes originating from the internet are written by stating the name, year and time of download. If there is no name, write the website address.
